I love that shirt steve
@buewgewstmeiers because you can left click and hit delete…try that on a vinyl.
why does he say digital files are temporary?
@MrNorbertweiner
What a shock! Albini doesn’t actually live in another cooler world!
I wonder if anybody at the conference knows that he was in a band with a guy from Urge Overkill called Run N—er Run. Name of one of the songs was “Pray that I don’t kill you F—ot”.
If they only knew….
@deathkampdrone Yeah, he’s entirely humourless, has no discernable personality and everything he says sounds like it’s been filtered through a computer.
An actual STARGATE/PORTAL-THING was caught on film in New Mexico. The footage can be found within the short-film entitled “SUDDEN PORTHOLE”, which is parked at the PROJECT CAMELOT YouTube page (it’s under the George Noory video).
I’m not selling anything…just trying to spread the word about the unseen-dimensions we find ourselves embedded in.
My BLOG @ samzurick*dot*com contains peripheral data regarding the movie and is where I reply to the “debunkers”. THANKS!!
he is sort of like the stephen hawking of independent music
@n8tehgr8 Albini is a tape man. I wish i could afford a tape machine. But after finding and buying one there’s maintenance and locating to run it.
@MrNorbertweiner ProTools is celebrated because its the “Norm” in a lot of big studios, however it ain’t that great.
Anyone else here coming from Anti-Flag?
@n8tehgr8 almost exclusive analog, he’s big into old school 24 track 2 inch tape machines from the 70′s.
@MrNorbertweiner What does he use to record?
@MrNorbertweiner But apparently not an untypeable irony.
BIG BLACK RULES
Good interview.
@mightyORFEN Pro Tools is in no way a “must” at all
@MrNorbertweiner HAha well pro tools is still a must in analog but good observation
those white white horses
@EVILSTACK I accept that view with the exception of The Stooges. That was a gash production.
In a perfect world every album would be recorded by Albini.
@brookerwood
what’s so racist about saying OF were being dicks? they were being dicks, that they were black has nothing to do with the fact they were being dicks.
Every time Steve opens his mouth, I can’t help but think of Grumpy Bear.
NEVAR CHANGE!
Drums and guitars sound best on good old analog tape.
Digitally recorded rock and metal hurts my ears.
